Are you an organised and flexible assistant who has experience in administrative tasks?

We have an exciting opportunity for a professional executive assistant to join our team. The role is to provide a pivotal executive support service to both the OCCA CEO and Director of Operations.

This is an integral and trusted role, supporting the CEO and Director of Operations to be as effective as they can be.  As a successful applicant, you would be providing a range of administrative support, bringing a high level of competency and professionalism to diary management, communication and other support. Depending on your experience, there is also scope to take a lead on content production management. You will also have the opportunity to become a member of a stimulating Christian community.

To be successful in this role you will be someone who really enjoys administrative work, you will need to use your well-developed organisational skills and experience of dealing with conflicting and rapidly changing priorities and you must have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

You will also have proven experience working as a personal assistant (or similar role), preferably for someone at senior management level.  You will be proficient in managing significant levels of written and verbal communication at a range of organisational levels and have excellent interpersonal skills including awareness of confidentiality and discretion. Experience of diary management (using Outlook), coordinating meetings and organising logistics is highly desirable. You will be a team player with a flexible attitude but will also have the ability to work autonomously too.

Salary: circa £28,608 – £32,608 (FTE) per annum pro-rata plus benefits (dependent on experience)
Hours: 24-40 hours per week (hours can be flexible within this range)
Location: Oxford
