OCCA Business Programme
The 2016 Business Programme will be five weeks long.
The course dates for 2016 are: 6th June - 9th July
Are you a business leader with a passion to make Christ known in the marketplace? If so, the OCCA Business Programme will equip you with the necessary tools to do this in a credible, culturally-engaging and relevant way.
Designed for senior business people and professionals with over ten years’ experience in the marketplace, this programme will re-invigorate and envision you ready for your return to serve God in your work environment. Core lecturers include the world-class team of Alister McGrath, John Lennox, Os Guinness, Michael Ramsden, and Amy Orr-Ewing.
This intensive programme seeks to invest in up to 12 people, and includes a dynamic mix of lectures, discussion groups and one-on-one vocational meetings, as well as giving key times for spiritual reflection in small groups. The Biblical mandate for apologetics, the relationship between science and religion, competing worldviews, morality and ethics, and much more are all brought together in this holistic programme.
For the final week, students will attend the RZIM Summer School held at The Queen’s College, Oxford, where they will be joined by more than 100 international delegates for a week of teaching on a particular theme. Further details of this week can be found on the RZIM website at www.rzim.eu.
The Business Programme is the perfect programme for those seeking to sharpen their evangelistic and apologetic skills for the workplace, and gives the ideal opportunity to be refreshed, to recalibrate and then to engage at a deeper level with the world around you.
Please note the Business Programme in 2015 will be five weeks long rather than six as it has been on previous years.
